She is survived by : her spouse Robert Matoushek; her children, Diane Kearns-Puckhaber (Gary) and Mark Matoushek (Daun); and her brothers, Robert Davis (Arlene) and John Davis (Sheila). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
