He was predeceased by : his son Kyle; and his father Raymond. He is survived by : his wife Lynn; his children, Shannon and Christopher; and his mother Eileen. He is also survived by 5 siblings; several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pluta Cancer Center.
