He is survived by: his wife Janet Holt; his sons, Henry J. Jr. and Donald C.; his brother Paul S. (Kathy); his grandchildren, Bridget Stone (Travis), Stacy Eliassen (Dana), Ryan, Kristen (Andrew), Mariana and Afonso; and his great grandchildren, Aidan, Kali and Abigail.
