She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Kenneth Richardson and Grace Richardson (Outerbridge); her husband Edward C Arseneau; her siblings, James Rogers Richardson and Elsie Anne Richardson; and her nephews, James Rogers Richardson Jr., James Gregory Richardson of Utica, NY and Jonathan Ryan Richardson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sears Middleton Mathewson Funeral Home (209 N Main St, North Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the North Syracuse Cemetery (555 S Bay Rd, North Syracuse, NY 13212).
