It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Paul Lukasik (North Tonawanda, New York), who passed away on December 31, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Wallace Lukasik and Stella Lukasik. He is survived by : his wife Andrea C. Lukasik; his sons, Timothy Lukasik (Deborah) and Jeffrey Lukasik (Amy); his brothers, Wally Lukasik (Wendy) and Michael Lukasik (Gloria); and his grandchildren, Julia, Timothy, Abigail and Brooke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
