He was predeceased by: his father Leonard J. Wudyka. He is survived by: his mother Janet Wudyka (Robins); his sons, Brad and Brian Wudyka; his sisters, Jennie Wudyka, Robin Malinowski and Marybeth Salverson (Richard); his siblings' children, Chad Uplinger (Samantha), Casey Uplinger and David Malinowski; and his great-nephews, Ethan and Jacob.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Oliver Street Merchants.
