He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Szukala and Julia Szukala; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Szukala; his daughters, Kathi Black (Richard) and Kristi Wageman (Robert); his grandchildren, Zachary, Joseph, Kaley, Ashley and Jason; his great grandchild Elijah; his sibling Terry Hunter (Louise); and his brother-in-law Eugene Holrod (Beverly). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
