He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Karre and Malinda Karre; and his brothers, Richard, Lowell and David Karre.

He is survived by : his spouse MaryLee Karre; his sons, Ken (Karen DeJoe), Barry (Sheila Scott) and Paul Karre (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lauren, Emily and Nathan; and his siblings-in-law, Michael and Nancy Mulivich. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
