She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sarzyniak and Casimira Sarzyniak (Bogdan); her brother Joseph Sarzyniak; her brother-in-law Joseph Black; and her daughter-in-law Sara M. Klimek.
She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Klimek, Sr.; her children, Theresa "Terrie" A. Klimek, Jr. (Dan Jurczak), Robert A. Klimek, Jr. and James Klimek (Amy); her sister Christine Black; her sister-in-law Patricia Sarzyniak; and her grandchildren, Brent Glasgow, Adam Klimek and Isabel Klimek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
