He was predeceased by: his parents, John Obergoss and Cecelia Obergoss (Golembeski); and his siblings, John (Marge), Joe (Betty), Ed (Marie), Henry (Mary Jane) and Ann Surek (John).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty Mehalic); his daughter Cindy; his sister-in-law Katherine (John Gleto); and his pets, Peanut, Bella, Coco, Twix, Shirley, Nala and Osito. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
