He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Sullivan and Mary Sullivan; his wife Judith (Marshal); his siblings, Michael, John, Eileen Meechan, Maureen Kavanagh and Agnes Powers; his son John Alleva; and his grandson Sean Alleva.

He is survived by : his children, Dorothy Sullivan (Tonimarie) of East Stroudsburg, PA, Susan Whitcomb (Andrew) of Northport, NY, Drew Sullivan (Marcy) of Hampton, NJ and Joseph Alleva (Deborah) of Highland Falls, NY.
