He was predeceased by: his father Frank Crotwell. He is survived by: his husband Shawn Crotwell; his mother Sally Crotwell; his siblings, Scott Crotwell (Lorie) and Erin Crotwell; his siblings' children, Steven Crotwell and Gabrielle Leonard; his mother-in-law Barb Felsheim; and his siblings-in-law, David Leonard (Johnna Tokarcik), Andrea Montondo and Cassey Montondo. He is also survived by two nieces: one nephew and one great niece.
