She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Frank and Nancy Frank (Scafidi); her children, John Beltz (Julee) of Norwich, Karen DelMonico (Braxton Tomsic) and Michael Beltz (Laura) of West Seneca, NY.; her grandchildren, Alicia Dandria (Michael), Michael DelMonico (Anna), Kyle Beltz, Lindsay Beltz (Zach Stecher), Jamie Doll (Brian) and Jessica Teribury (Joel); her husband Dave; and her brothers, John and Joseph Frank. She was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
