Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carrie Faith Desjardins of Oakfield, New York, born in Medina, New York, who passed away at the age of 48, on April 14, 2024. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Bonnie Grimes Gilbert of Oakfield and Kevin Gilbert; her nephew Lucas; her spouse Frankie Desjardins Jr.; her siblings, Chad Gilbert (Sonya Charache), Kristina Gilbert and Candy Hill (Justin); her nieces and nephews, Jackson, Dallas Gilbert, Rylee Hill, Luke Toal and Logan Toal; her father-in-law Frank Desjardins (Darlene); and her sisters-in-law, Alicia Desjardins and Nicole (Duane).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (238 Vine St, Batavia, NY 14020). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
