Catherine M. Denny Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine M. Denny of Ogdensburg, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2025 at the age of 101. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine M. Denny to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her sisters, Elsie Devine, Hazel Monaco, Mary Kessler and Marion Morelli; her grandson Charles Touron; her stepchildren, Sidney Denny and Clifford Denny; her parents, Fred Boothe and Alice Boothe (Malley); her former spouse Francis L. Touron Sr.; and her husband Howard W. Denny.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Touron (Janice) of Tyner, NC, David Touron (Sharon) of Maryville, TN, Gary Touron (Dianne) of Ogdensburg, NY, Gordon Touron (Colleen) of Decaturville, TN and Martha O'Marah (Michael) of Prescott Valley, AZ; and her stepchildren, Greg Denny (Tina) of Ogdensburg, NY, Pat Denny and Debbie Thrall (Peter) of Syracuse, NY.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Frary Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (515 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Notre Dame Church (125 Ford Ave, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A burial will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Notre Dame Cemetery (6088 County Rte 6, Ogdensburg, NY 13669).
Donations may be made in Catherine's memory to Notre Dame Church Heritage Fund, American Cancer Society or St. Joseph's Nursing Home.
