With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald T. Joanette of Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on April 18, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Alber and Ruth Joanette (LeBeau); and his siblings, George, Raymond Joanette, Mary LaRose, Alma White, Ann White, Jane Montroy and Sheila Ormsbee.

He is survived by : his wife Rosemary Joanette of Mary's Cathedral; his children, Amy York of Ogdensburg, Lynn Herbick of Ogdensburg, Mark (Tammy Joanette) and Troy (Susan Joanette); his grandchildren, Destiny Sias, Brooke Bowers, Brittni Cagle, Hunter Joanette, Trenton Joanette, Katelyn Knowlton, Samantha Tyo and Samantha Herbick; and his siblings, Anthony Joanette, Linda Fortin, Sue Green, Bonita Moro and Carol Vielhauer. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
