She was predeceased by : her brother David G. Montroy; and her parents, Preston D. Montroy and Ethel M. Montroy (Burkhart). She is survived by : her children, David Cutwa (Jackie) of Lisbon, NY and Michele Cutwa (Jay Hodgson) of Richmond Hill, GA; her grandchildren, Jolie Cutwa and Prudence Cutwa of Lisbon, NY; her siblings, Charles W. Monroy (Dorothy) of Waco, TX, Preston J. Montroy of Ogdensburg, NY, Raymond (Sylvia) of Ogdensburg, NY, William J. Montroy (Denise) of Charlotte, NC and Mary Ann Ashley (Allen) of Ogdensburg, NY; and her husband Michael P. Cutwa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
