He is survived by : his children, Justin Measheaw of Rome, NY and Brittany Measheaw of Norwood, NY; his mother Linda Measheaw (Clark); his siblings, Bernard Jr. (Kate West) of Lisbon, NY, Chris Measheaw (Terrah Kelly) of Lisbon, NY, Lynn Measheaw (George Brooks) of Richville, NY, Helen Middlemiss (Robert) of Ogdensburg, NY and Mary Bevins of Ogdensburg, NY; and his former life partner Kim Welch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
