It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Johnson of Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her child Dee Durgan; her siblings, Parker B. Whitman, William W. Whitman, Merrill Whitman, Malcombe Whitman, Mary Stover, Sharon Altman and Bonnie Gonyea; and her parents, Darwin Whitman and Maude Whitman (Dow).

She is survived by : her children, David Niehenke (Lorri) of Cancun, Mexico, Robert Durgan of Ogdensburg, NY, Craig Durgan (Lori) of Schaumburg, IL and Teresa Green of Heuvelton, NY; her grandchildren, Derek, Kaitlin, Kelsee Niehenke, Rachel, Patrick, Jennie, Tyler, Abby and Kelly Durgan; and her siblings, Nancy Whitcomb of Lisbon, NY, Rosemarie Bartholomew (John) of Colton, NY, Ronald J. Whitman (Grace) of Canton, NY, Craig M. Whitman (Melanie) of Canton, NY and Noel T. Whitman (Barbara) of Morristown, NY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Frary Funeral Home (515 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
