He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bell and Helen A. Zimmerman Bell; his brothers, Glen Bell and Irving Bell; his granddaughter Erica Lamberson; and his son-in-law Richard Lamberson.
He is survived by: his former wife Linda Zink; his wife Joan M. Ratzel Bell; his children, Craig T. Bell of California and Elaine L. Lamberson of Allegany; his grandchild Ryan Lamberson; his sister Sandra Lockwood (John) of Humphrey; and his niece Stacy Lockwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
