He was predeceased by: his sister Kay Pittman. He is survived by: his parents, Bernard Karl and Katherine Driscoll Karl; his sons, Bryan Karl (Kristen) of Belmont and Timothy Karl (Michael Grundleger) of Rome; his sister Anne Pittman of Allegany; and also, Shadow and Baby.
