He was predeceased by: his daughter Tina Marie Tupper; and his siblings, Timothy Tupper and Peggy Kemp. He is survived by: his parents, John E. "Jack" and Margaret "Peg" Grandusky Tupper; his significant other Debra; his daughters, Megan Tupper (Jeremy Dwaileebe) of Olean, Jenny and Moyer of Three Rivers; his grandchildren, Levi Otero, Leo Otero, Oasis Dwaileebe, Angel Braune (Wesley), Howard Smith Jr. and Brittany Moreno (Albert); his great grandchildren, Clairabelle Moreno and Rebekah Braune; and his siblings, Thomas Tupper (Vanessa) of Cuba, Tina August of Haslet, Tricia Neporadny (Jon) of Jakarta, Indonesia and Terry (Mark Kiellish) of Land.
