It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence D. Ford Sr. (Olean, New York), born in Bridgeport, New York, who passed away on July 3, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, John C. Ford III and The Honorable G. Sarsfield; his nephews, Timothy Ford and John Ford; his niece Patricia Ford Money; and also, John Brenton, Margaret Brenton and Timothy Ryan.
He is survived by: his parent John Jr.; his grandchildren, David Ryan Ford, Julia Elizabeth Ford, Andrew William Ford, Siobhan Monica Ford, Kate Ryan Ford and Luke James Ford; his sisters-in-law, Barbara "Bobbie" McGrath Ford and Joan E. Bender Ford; his nephew Godchildren; his wife Susan R. Ford; and also, Uncle Lar and Old Diamond Hill Road.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to the Larry Ford Memorial Fund at St. Bonaventure University: Advancement Office, St. Bonaventure University, 3261 West State Road, St. Bonaventure, NY 14778.
