He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Lee and Gladys Lee; his grandson Bradley D. Lee; and his brothers, Warren Lee and Stan Houck.
He is survived by: his wife Joann G. Harvey; his children, Barbara Green, Mark Lee and Lori Bauer (Mike); his grandchildren, Ciji Heiser (Evan), Kami, Tyler and Dylan Green; his children, Kira Lee, Kennan Faulkner and Clark Heiser; and his siblings, Sam Lee (Barbara), Vicki Graham and Sara Graham (Bob).
