He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Lacy and Marjorie Lacy (Clarkson); his wife Jeannine Thomas; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Holly Spagnolo (Richard) of Warrenton, VA and James Lacy of Oneida, NY; his grandchildren, Sarah, Carlee, Daniel Spagnolo, Thomas and Dylan Lacy; and his sister Judy Baker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
