He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Leonard and Lena Fovel Leonard; his wife Sharon of Oneida; his children, Janice Bortner of Texas and Dylan Leonard of Whitesboro; his stepchildren, Colleen Breivogel (Randel Brown) of Newburgh and Colin Breivogel (Sarah) of New Jersey; his brother Richard Leonard of North Carolina; his close friend Bill Kautsky of Poughquag, NY; his pet Selena; his cousins, Dennis and Christine Jones of Ilion; his siblings, Robert Leonard of Deerfield and Janet Ferris; and his grandson Jason Calderara of Minnesota.
There will be a memorial event when the COVID pandemic has passed.
