Urben (Amy Sullivan) of Jekyll Island, GA; his sister Joan Kazlauskas (Peter) of Munnsville; his sister-in-law Marion Jacobs of Munnsville; his siblings, Carol Yates and Lee "Shorty" Urben; and his nephew Greg Yates. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
