She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Alfred Belec and Edith F Belec (Williams); her husband Richard Pugley; and her siblings, Alfred Belec, Lara Miles (Belec), John Belec and Arthur Belec.
She is survived by: her son John Richard Pugley (Shuyi Ou); and her granddaughters, Marisa Ou and Milena Blanche Pugley of Seminole Florida.
