It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Judd Russell of Oneonta, New York, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Edith Judd (Osterhout); her husband Gerald T. Russell, Sr.; and her father Maurice E. Judd. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Thomas Russell, Jr. (Melissa) and Rick Russell (Constanza); her grandchildren, Briana, Sara, Lucas, Emma and Jacob; her brother Maurice E. Judd (Patricia Heron) of Franklin; and her sibling's children, Elizabeth (Michael Howland) of Franklin and Ed Judd (Lisa).
