She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Olmstead and Helena Olmstead (Holmes); her children, Stephen Quackenbush and Sharene Utter; her grandson Daniel Quackenbush, Jr.; and her brother Burdick Olmstead.

She is survived by: her husband Ernest Johnson; her children, Norma Clark (Arthur) and Daniel Quackenbush (Deborah); her grandchildren, Stephanie, April and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Issabelle and James; her nieces, Patti and Robin Olmstead; and her daughter-in-law Susan Haney.
