She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Simmons and Ruth Simmons; her husband Norman Quackenbush; her sons, Bill Oakley and Curtis Quackenbush; and her siblings, Glenda Yager and Wayne Simmons.
She is survived by: her grandson Stephen Oakley; and her brother Ronald Simmons (Jacqueline).
