She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Scott and Ella Scott (Ireland); her husband Ronald Kelsey; her brothers, Kenneth Scott and Richard Scott; her son-in-law Robert Dalton; and her nephew William Scott.
She is survived by: her daughter Jo Ann Dalton of Sidney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
