He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collins and Mary Collins; his sisters, Mary Donovan and Joan Ingram; his brothers-in-law, John Schuck, John Donovan and Edward Gallagher; and his nephew James Schuck Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael (Pamela Collins), Jeann (Donald Schuck), Deborah Gallagher of Plymouth, MA, Deirdre Collins of Albany, NY, Aileen (Stephen Farago), Thomas (Margaret Collins) and Maureen Collins of Watervliet, NY.; and his cousin S. A.. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
