It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kim Joy Wiltsie (Oneonta, New York), born in Ilion, New York, who passed away on February 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David; her children, Adam Birdsall (Kari), Stephanie Lane (Tony), Caitlin Wiltsie and Jensen Wiltsie; her parents, Bill and Ellinor; her sisters, Carol Hay, Cindy Costley (Jeff) and Lisa Baird (DJ); her mother-in-law Rosemary Wiltsie; her grandchildren, Jack, Alex Birdsall, Nick, Ana Weinbrenner, Evelyn and Jorgie Lane; and her pets, Rocky and Barkley. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
