With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise James (Oneonta, New York), born in Stewartsville, New Jersey, who passed away on October 18, 2018 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Perry E. Howard; her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Arp, Walter Arp, Helen Mannakee and Lee Mannakee; and her parents-in-law, Clark James and Lilly James.

She is survived by: her parent Edith N. Howard (Thwaites); her spouse Walter Raymond James; her son Mark H. James (Helene Ragovin James); and her grandson Victor Luis James. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
