He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his siblings, Richard, Thomas, Mary, Ruth and Virginia; and his son-in-law Peter DiNardo.
He is survived by: his children, R. Andrew Waring (Maureen), David C. Waring, Cynthia A. Waring (Frank Stroman), Patricia L. Waring and Judith M. Waring; his grandchildren, R. Charles (Leigh), Julie (Brett), Elizabeth, Alexandra (Ted), Victoria, Evan and Alyson (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Amelia, R. George and Sarah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
