It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Decelle (Oneonta, New York), who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Joe. He is survived by: his spouse Jan DeCelle (Jersey); his daughter Melissa (David Wilcox) of Westminster, MD; his stepson Jason Gould of Boca Raton; his grandchildren, Emily, Caroline and Ryan; and his brother Bob. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
