He was predeceased by: his parents, Oneonta Dorr Sweet Hickey and Lois Eddy Hickey (Lee); his sister Gracia; and his son James Hickey. He is survived by: his wife Jean O. Hickey; and his children, Kevin Hickey (Hanna), Curtis Hickey (Nancy), Gael Carter (Jon) and Lisa Christian (Ken). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
