He is survived by: his wife Dolores Merlino of Oneonta; his children, Kim (Shawn Scott) of Fredericksburg, VA and Chris Merlino of Oneonta; and his grandchildren, Shane, Cierra Scott, Matthew Fischer and Christina Merlino.
