He was predeceased by: his sister Leona Roberts (Grimes). He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Russo; his sons, Michael Grimes of Oneonta and William Grimes, Jr. (Jenny); his grandchildren, Anthony Grimes (Hannah) of New Berlin, Nicholas Grimes (Gina) of Arlington, VT and Phoebe Weiler of Oneonta; his great grandchildren, Nico and Brexli Rose; and his close friends, Debra Coe, Dustin, Cody and Cathy Grimes.
