He was predeceased by: his parent Douglas Hymers. He is survived by: his parent Tarisa Hymers; his wife Inez; his daughter Tarisa Finne (Dan); his grandchildren, Ethan and Torryn; his siblings, Roberta "Bobbie", Peggy Hall (Ed) and Wayne Hymers (Peg); and his aunt Betty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family requests that any memorial donations be made in honor of Bill to Catskill Area Hospice, 297 River Street Service Road, Oneonta, NY 13820.
