It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willy Otto Grosslinger (Oneonta, New York), born in South Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on September 24, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Grosslinger and Sophie Grosslinger (Nusch); and his great grandchild Chase Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Solveig "Penny" Hognestad; his pet Sofie; his daughter Tina Grosslinger; his grandchildren, Lexi McHenry (Scott), Shanna Boning (Chris), Kasey Fisher (Sean) and Calli Jo Sheldon; his great grandchildren, Bryden, Peyton, Lily and William; and his sister Connie Tilley.
Willy loved his country and one way he demonstrated that was by proudly displaying the American flag, so in lieu of flowers, please consider displaying a flag in his memory and thanking a veteran.
