He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert B. Orth and Dolores Mae Orth (Roth); and his father-in-law Benard "Ben" Winiecki. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. "Pat" Winiecki; his children, Stacey Marks (Frank) and Kyle Orth (Kristy); his grandchildren, Carter and Lillian Marks; his mother-in-law Frances "Fran" Winiecki; and his sister-in-law Debi Parris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
