He was predeceased by: his parents, Pietro Gado and Giovanna Gado (Bassignana); his sons, Mark and Peter; his daughter-in-law Linda; and his brother Aldo.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his son Kurt; his daughters-in-law, Eileen and Jill; his grandchildren, Mark (Tara), Chris (Stacie), Peter (Jen), Timothy (Jill), Patrick, Robbie (Becca), Kelsey (Ernesto) and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Alanna, Ryan, Benjamin, Nicholas, Xavier, Peter, Ian, Kayden, Jax and Eliza.
