She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer D. Butterbaugh and Lenora Rose Butterbaugh (Haupt); her siblings, Marjorie Sanzo and Vaughn Butterbaugh; and her son Israel Efrain Matos (Frank).
She is survived by: her husband John; her siblings, Myrtle Butterbaugh and Melvyn Butterbaugh (Lynnette); her daughters, Suzanne Stark (Joshua), Lisabeth Ledesma, Lynn Peterson (Jeffrey) and Jennifer Beekman; her grandchildren, Frank Robert Matos, Jesse Matos, Chelsea Matos, Greg Muller Jr., Christopher Muller, Stephanie Pinter, Latien Florent, Devihn Florent and Shai Beekman; and her great grandchildren, Sierra Matos, Amelia Matos, Charlotte Matos, Julianna Morra, RJ Sanchez, Gwyneth Muller, Grady Muller, Avery Boulos Muller and Owen Boulos Muller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
