He is survived by: his wife Leellen "Lee" Daddazio; his children, Amy and William, Jr.; his grandsons, Joseph and Tyler; and his sisters, Annette and Susan.

Due to COVID-19 no visitation will be held at this time.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Alzheimer's Foundation.
