He is survived by: his wife Janice Barlow (LeBlanc); and his children, Brenda Gaskins (Donald), Frank Barlow (Sharon), Stephen Barlow (Beth), Theresa Barlow LaTulip (Joe James), William Barlow (Lisa) and Kevin Barlow (Karen). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
