He is survived by: his wife Santa Miller; his children, Charles Miller Jr. (Cindy) of Oswego, Debora Lyons (Kevin) of Colorado Springs, Carol Shannon (Mike) of Oswego, Donna Archer (Alfred) of Oswego and Joseph Miller (Lisa) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Shelby Lyons, Chad Miller, April Shannon, Dana Shannon, Sydney Miller, Alfred Archer, Brandon Archer, Zachary Miller and Matthew Miller; and his great grandchild Sylvie Harrison.
