He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Brown and Charles Edward Brown, Sr.; his son Mark Brown; and his siblings, Beverly Shoemaker and Mason Brown (late Patricia).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Kathleen Wood (Carl) of Dublin, GA, Michael Brown (Monica) of Painted Post, NY and Kelly Dunsmoor (Michael) of Oswego, NY; and his grandchildren, Sara Stover (John) of Dublin, Jason Wood of Atlanta, GA, Clinton Dunsmoor (Julia) of Owasco, NY, JoBeth Kirchner (Conor) of Liverpool, NY and Alexander Brown of Painted Post, NY. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
