He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Harger Woodworth, Sr.; his spouse Donna G. Painter Woodworth; his son John Woodworth; and his siblings, Neil Cole, Calvin Woodworth, Olive Rozmus and Alice Woodworth.
He is survived by: his parent Esther Cole Woodworth; and his children, Cindy Buske of Florida, Brenda Brown-Lyons (Mark) of Arizona, Kathy Woodworth of Oswego and Charles H. "Chip" Woodworth, III (Christine) of Oswego. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and many neices and nephews.
